About the cohort
Enneagram Conversations is a small-group gathering created for individuals who are curious about the Enneagram, eager to deepen their understanding, and seeking meaningful connection with others on the journey. Whether you’re just beginning or have been engaging this work for years, this space invites honest reflection, shared insight, and personal growth.
Each conversation is hosted virtually and intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a welcoming and engaging environment. Together, we’ll explore how the Enneagram shows up in our everyday lives—through story, self-awareness, and compassionate dialogue.
The Enneagram is individual work, but it’s work best done in community. This is your invitation to join the conversation.
Enneagram Conversations is designed for individuals who want to use a deep understanding of the Enneagram to expand their view of themselves and the world. While anyone is welcome to join, each gathering is limited to 10 participants (with additional spots opening in the future). The focus of Enneagram Conversations is on sharing and receiving Enneagram wisdom through lived experience—not learning how to teach the Enneagram to others. Participants can expect an evening of honest, vulnerable dialogue—think of it as AA, but Enneagram style.

Meet Your Host
Braylon Williams is the creator and host of the Enneagram Restored Podcast, where he explores the Enneagram as a powerful tool for self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. With years of experience facilitating honest, Enneagram-based conversations, Braylon brings a warm, grounded presence to every gathering.
His own journey with the Enneagram began as part of a broader path toward resilience, identity, and inner work. At first, wanting not to be left out of the conversation, he quickly claimed Type Eight without much reflection. But a lingering conversation with a counselor stayed with him—and in 2024, he found deep relief in discovering his true type: Three. Even before understanding the system, Braylon felt drawn to the Enneagram’s core truth—that it doesn’t box people in, but rather reveals a path back to your authentic self. That clarity continues to fuel his passion for the work.
Whether through design, podcasting, or community dialogue, Braylon’s mission is the same: to guide others toward restoration and transformation—from the inside out.

How are Cohort participants chosen?
The Enneagram Conversations Cohort is volunteer participation. There is no selection process; as long as you reserve your spot before a specific date closes.
While the Cohort is open to anyone, we do ask that you have some interest and/or knowledge of The Enneagram.
How many participants are in a Cohort?
Each meeting is open to 10 participants (first come, first serve basis).
We do hope to offer more spots in the future!
Can I come to every meeting?
Yes, you are more than welcome to come to every meeting! But please remember that it is a firs come, first served basis.
What happens between each Cohort meeting?
That is solely up to you. We do hope that you will walk away from each meeting with something applicable that you can start to implement in your life. We also hope that you will invite a friend to the next meeting!
What does the Cohort cost?
The Enneagram Conversations Cohort is completely FREE!
Are all meetings always virtual?
Yes. For now, all meetings will be held virtual via Zoom.
What is the schedule for each meeting?
Each meeting will start at the specified time. However, there is no specified schedule of events—each meeting is fluid.
How much do I need to know about the Enneagram before I join the Cohort?
It is best that you at least are sure of your Enneagram number; however, that does not disqualify you from attending.
At the very least, you must have an interest in learning about the Enneagram and it’s practical application.
Do I get contribute to the conversation of the Cohort?
Yes. That’s the sole purpose of the Cohort—for it to be a conversation between friends.
I have more questions, where should I direct them?
Please email events@braylonwilliams.me
